I am giving Mellon 5 Stars because of the thorough inspection they did. Tyrone Mellon is unique in the inspection industry because of his background as a trade in the construction industry. Because of this he picks up on ‘cause and effect’ problems better than his competitors. I have bought many homes and used many home inspection companies very the years but I can confidently say I will only be using Mellon in the future.
