Tyrone’s inspection software failed to upload the notes he wrote during the inspection but he went and manually redid everything after including all the pics he took of the important items. The report is easy to understand and covers all the major components of a house as well as the issues small or minor that he discovered. The report also describes maintenance and repairs that need to be completed, along with a timeframe they should be completed in. Tyrone is equipped with the all the technologies and knowledges for home inspection. The infrared camera and drone gave me all insight of the the house. I was able to see every shingle of the roof by the drone inspection. The infrared camera was able to capture all the moisture challenged spots of the house. Tyrone talked me through the inspection and used easy language to help me to understand the conditions of the house. Over 150 pictures in the inspection report helped a lot when I could not recall all the details. The inspection fee was very reasonable (I have quotes from few other inspectors, with infrared camera and drone, Tyrone quoted lower than others). Tyrone also shared a lot of knowledges on daily maintenance of the home. The flexibility of payment method make my life a bit easier. I would recommend this professional to all of my friends.

Tyrone was incredibly helpful with identifying 3 seperate hidden leaks from our kitchen that caused water to drain into the basement. He came over and used his thermal imaging camera to detect moisture and find the route of the problem. Tyrone was prompt, thorough and went over and above what we had called him in to look at. He scanned the rest of our exterior pipes and bathrooms to see that there wouldn't be any other leaks. He also provided us with a fall maintenance checklist that he went through with us, we will have him into do a fall inspection.100% I would recommend Tyrone to anyone looking for a professional home inspector.
